Enter all necessary details about the WG you wish to list in the provided fields

Enter your WG's pricing details in the fields below

Upload photos of your WG, then click ‘Continue’ to proceed

Select all amenities your WG offers, then click ‘Continue’ to proceed

Help roommates find you - please share your WG's address

You may set minimum or maximum rental periods for your listing

Manage your listing’s calendar

Block specific dates or periods when your WG is unavailable

Go to your "Profile"

Select Messages to continue

Reply to messages and check new applications under "Received Requests"

Message applicants directly to coordinate the rental process

Click on 'Received Requests' to manage your applications

All requests from potential roommates are managed in this section

Confirm or decline rental requests for your WG room

The status will update automatically upon confirmation or rejection

Select 'Details' to review the confirmed request

You may cancel the request by selecting 'Cancel'

Specify your cancellation reason (optional)

The reservation will be canceled

The request will be marked as 'Canceled,' and the applicant will receive a notification by email

All requests from potential roommates are managed in this section

Enter your preferred location and dates to find matching WGs ( optional )

Enter your desired move-in dates and introduce yourself to the landlord with a message

Save listings to your Favorites to easily filter, compare, and access your top choices later

Your saved listings appear in the "Favorites" section

Select 'Compare' to choose listings for side-by-side viewing.

Go to "My Listings"

Go to 'Actions' and select 'Upgrade to Featured'

Select your preferred payment method and click ‘Purchase Now’ to complete the upgrade of your listing

Go to "My Listings"

Click 'Actions,' then select 'Edit' to make changes

Toggle availability by clicking dates, or block out a custom period by reserving it

Click "Reserve a period", enter your desired dates, and confirm

After reserving a time period, it will be displayed as a reserved date in your "Received Requests" section

This time period will now be marked as unavailable on your calendar

Need to reopen dates? Visit "Received Requests" and select the blocked period's details

Click 'Cancel' to cancel the "reservation"and to unblock the time period

Click 'Submit' to confirm your changes

These dates have been reopened and are now available for reservations
